Ordered a hoodie for my daughter and never got it
I got an order confirmation email right away with tracking info. But the tracking has never updated. Not once. It just sits there.
I've emailed [email protected] a bunch of times asking what's going on and nobody ever writes back. I don't know what else to do. My daughter keeps asking where her hoodie is.
