Ordered traps from Bless and they came back undeliverable

I ordered some traps, 2 black in fact, from this seller named Bless in Temple City Ca. They was not of good value quality so I returned them and asked for a full refund. I paid $64.00 for return shipping.

The items was returned by the US Postal service yesterday to my home. The stamped returned stated Not Deliverable to this address. So now I'm out the $64.00 for return and the $1.00 I lost on top of it.
