Signed up for BlinkDrama and can't cancel subscription

I used BlinkDrama and signed up for their subscription. I tried to cancel within 24 hours but their app doesn't give you any way to do it. I've emailed them multiple times at [email protected] and all I get back are automated emails saying they can't find my user ID or email and that they are looking into it.

No confirmation that anything is cancelled or any real follow up. I looked at other reviews and a bunch of people have the same problem. I paid $19.99 and now I'm stuck. Their website is blinkdrama.life and the phone number they have is 1(949) 656-7008.
