Do Not Use This Company

I ordered a bouquet for my friend in Reno who just had heart surgery. I am in Sacramento and was not familiar with Reno florists, so I used a service called Bloom Flower Delivery, which sent my order to Best Flowers by Julie. The bouquet was nothing like I ordered! It was pathetic. It was supposed to be roses and hydrangea. There were two roses and one hydrangea and the rest was filler. The bouquet was half the size of the photo on the website. Plus, the card message was wrong -- it had a bunch of question marks! And it was not delivered until 8 p.m. at night -- making my friend get out of bed to answer the door. I called Best Flowers and the owner made excuses about how she is just told what flowers to use. I called and emailed Bloom Flower Delivery several times and only got an AI-generated response that they are looking into it. Do Not Use This Business?

Flowers never showed up and they won't refund me

I ordered birthday flowers from Bloom Flower Delivery on Saturday Sept 26 for my friend. They were supposed to be delivered Monday Sept 28. I paid extra for early delivery guaranteed by 1pm and even tipped the driver.

I called my friend at 3pm her time and nothing had arrived. I contacted the company and they said they reached out to the florist but got no answer. They told me to call back at 6pm. I did and still no delivery. The rep told me she would not refund my money and someone else would reach out within 24 hours.

They only want to talk through email now. They refuse to give me my money back and claim they delivered the flowers to my friend's husband. She doesn't have a husband. I'm out $87.37.

Paid for same day flowers but they came days later

I ordered flowers from Bloom Flower Delivery and paid extra to have them delivered same day on 9/1/26. When I didn't get any delivery confirmation I reached out and they told me the order got pushed to another day. I said if it can't come that day then I want to cancel. They told me it was cancelled and I'd get a refund in 1-6 business days.

The refund never came. Then they went and delivered the flowers on 09/04/2026 anyway, after telling me the order was cancelled. So I paid $116 and got flowers days late that I tried to cancel.

I tried calling (877) 414-7903 and emailed [email protected] but nothing got resolved.

SCAM

Do not order from this website. It is a total scam. They claim same day delivery if ordered before 3pm. Ordered flowers at 2pm that never got delivered. Customer service just kept saying they would "check into this tomorrow." Tried to cancel the delivery and get a full refund and suddenly customer service stopped responding. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Flower delivery website took my money and no flowers arrived

I ordered flowers from bloomflowerdelivery.com and paid about $110. They said they delivered them but they didn't. I called the number on the site (888) 463-8535 and they keep saying they are checking with the florist and the driver. They have been saying that for days now. Also sent emails to [email protected] but no real answer.

I just want my money back or the flowers delivered. Its been days and they keep giving me the same story. I don't think they ever sent anything.
