Dress from Bloomchic looked nothing like the picture
When I tried to return it they wanted pictures of the dress they sent me. So I sent them. Almost a month later they finally got back to me and said they reviewed my concern and understood the item didn't meet my expectations, and they'd be happy to help by offering a replacement. Then they said I could pick a different product in the same price range for just $17.99. That doesn't make sense to me. I already paid $64.90 for something that wasn't what I ordered. Why would I pay more.
I just wanted to return it and get my money back.
