Flower order never showed up and no one will help

I placed an order on their website www.bloomflowerdelivery.com with expedited shipping so it would get there next day by 1 p.m. EST on 8/22. It never showed up. I called them and talked to someone who said it would come the next day on 8/23 and I would get a confirmation. That never happened either.

I called them again. Over 4 days I made about 30 phone calls. Sometimes they hung up on me, sometimes I waited on hold for 20 minutes and then they hung up, and sometimes I got this AI assistant that couldn't find my order number and then would hang up when trying to transfer me to a real person. I still haven't talked to a live person about this. I finally called my credit card company on 8/25 to dispute the charge. The address they have listed is 12339 Covello St, North Hollywood, CA 91605. Lost $87.37.
