Signed up for a personality test and now getting charged every month

I took some personality test on blossomup.co and thought it was just a one time thing. Next thing I know I’m seeing $29.95 charges on my card every month. They never said anything about a subscription when I signed up.

The charges don’t even show up the same way each time. They’ve used like five different names on my statements so it took me a while to even figure out what was going on. I called the number on their site (800) 969-1940 but no one really explained anything. Their address is 1955 Broadway Suite 600 in Oakland CA but that doesn’t help me.

I just want them to stop taking money out of my account. I didn’t agree to this.
