Charges from BLSSMUPCO on three different debit cards

I've had fraudulent charges from something called BLSSMUPCO on 3 of my debit cards in the past 6 weeks. Each time I had to send away for a new card. It's getting old.

I'm not sure where this came from. I think maybe it was related to an online quiz or questionnaire I did at some point. Either I accidentally signed up for some subscription without realizing it, or someone inside that organization is using my data to put charges on my cards. Honestly it's a little unnerving that they were able to do this with 3 separate cards.

I've seen other reports about Blossom UP and fraudulent charges too. So it's not just me.
