Sold silver coins to someone from Houston and wired money

This guy from Houston, Texas called me about investing. He had a website, BLUECHIPUSA.COM, and seemed legit enough. I ended up selling him some silver coins. He actually traveled all the way from Houston to my home to pick them up in person.

Then he talked me into sending a wire transfer too. I sent 1,000 dollars. After that, nothing. The phone number he used was (672) 342-3239. I just feel like I got taken. I lost 60,000 dollars total with the coins and the wire. It's a lot of money to just lose like that.
