Ferns from Blumpark looked nothing like the ad

I ordered ferns from Blumpark based on their advertisement. The ad said the ferns were full and lush, 70% off the normal $99.00 price. What I got was a bait and switch. Poor quality, one skimpy green fern piece and one skimpy red fern piece. I ordered two sets and both were the same thing.

When I contacted Blumpark customer service, they told me the differences were because the product photos were taken under professional lighting and the supplier didn't follow their production specs. They said the supplier's non-compliant production also caused them financial losses. First they offered 30% refund, then 50%, but I'd have to pay return shipping and processing.

The attachment shows what I actually received instead of what was advertised.
