Paid for a phone case and got something totally different

I ordered a phone case from bluuie.com and what showed up was a completely different product. Not even close to what I paid for.

I emailed [email protected] five times about it and never got a single response back. Nothing.

There's a link on their website to report issues and it doesn't even work. So I'm just out $24.99 with no way to reach anyone.
