Shipping company made excuses then said delivered but nothing came

I bought a boneless couch and chair on May 29, 2026. Through the last two weeks of June I kept getting random emails from the shipping company "updating" me on the delivery progress. First they said no one was home, but I was there. Then they said the gate code wasn't working, but there is no gate or gate code at my place. Just excuse after excuse.

Then suddenly it updated as delivered. It was never delivered. I contacted them and they said an inquiry was opened on July 13, 2026 to figure out what happened. I never heard back from them after that. Still no couch, no chair, no answers.
