Invoice for copier parts with no real company name

Got an invoice in the mail this week, dated 8/14/2026. It had our copier model number right, and the library's info was all correct too. But something felt off because there was no actual company name on it, just a phone number (442) 666-4281 and a PO box in Diamond Bar, CA.

The contact listed was Bonnie. She works at the library but she was on vacation from 8/8 to 8/16, so she couldn't have ordered anything or signed for anything. I scanned the invoice and attached it. We didn't order any parts, so I'm not paying it. Just wanted this on record.
