Won an RV auction then the number stopped working
There was an RV being auctioned with only 10 minutes left. Starting bid was $34,000 and this unit would normally sell for about $80K. I bid $36K not expecting to win but I won and got an email. That evening someone named Brandon Hayes contacted me. He had a foreign accent and I got suspicious right away so I started researching.
I called businesses near 320 Ashley Rd in Boonville MO and they told me that location is not an auto sales place anymore, it's a sheriffs office. When I called Brandon Hayes back and confronted him with what I found he just said don't call back and hung up.
