Paid for a pressure washer in May and still nothing

I saw this portable pressure wash system advertised on Facebook and it looked good so I clicked over to their website. The site seemed legit enough, it was through Shopify so I figured it was fine. I ordered the pressure washer and the battery back in May, paid 109.90 total.

Never got the thing. I have been emailing their customer service for months now, it's September and still nothing. They keep saying they are looking into it but they won't put me on the phone with anyone live. Just the same email over and over. The phone number on the site is (808) 755-0389 but I have not had any luck getting a real person there either. Their address says 2000 East Lamar Boulevard STE 600 in Arlington TX but who knows if that is even real.

Order never arrived and no refund from boostxshop

I placed an order with this company on May 30th for a product. A few weeks went by and I never got a tracking number. I emailed them a bunch of times and talked to someone named Irene. She kept telling me my order was lost and gave me the run around.

After going back and forth with her over email and getting nowhere, I asked for a refund. She never even acknowledged my refund request. I'm out $114.80 and have nothing to show for it. This is clearly a scam. Their website is boostxshop.com and the phone number they have is (808) 755-0389.
