Order never arrived and no refund from boostxshop

I placed an order with this company on May 30th for a product. A few weeks went by and I never got a tracking number. I emailed them a bunch of times and talked to someone named Irene. She kept telling me my order was lost and gave me the run around.

After going back and forth with her over email and getting nowhere, I asked for a refund. She never even acknowledged my refund request. I'm out $114.80 and have nothing to show for it. This is clearly a scam. Their website is boostxshop.com and the phone number they have is (808) 755-0389.
