Paid for boots online and they never showed up
Then nothing. No shipping update, no tracking number, nothing. I waited over a week and tried to check the order status on their website but it just kept saying the same thing. I tried calling the number on their site a few times and either got put on hold forever or it just rang.
I sent an email too but never got a reply back. The money is gone from my account and I have no boots. It's been almost a month now and I still haven't heard anything from them. I just want my money back or the boots I paid for. This is ridiculous.
