They advertised they were Boot Barn online
I lost $25 from this. The order was never right, it wasn't what I was supposed to get.
I just want people to know this happened so they don't get fooled too.
Paid for boots online and they never showed up
Then nothing. No shipping update, no tracking number, nothing. I waited over a week and tried to check the order status on their website but it just kept saying the same thing. I tried calling the number on their site a few times and either got put on hold forever or it just rang.
I sent an email too but never got a reply back. The money is gone from my account and I have no boots. It's been almost a month now and I still haven't heard anything from them. I just want my money back or the boots I paid for. This is ridiculous.
