Website order came wrong and now no refund

I ordered an item from Boozele. It took forever to get here. When it finally showed up it was the wrong color, too big, and the quality was bad. It didn't look anything like the photo on the website.

I asked for a refund and they told me to send photos. I sent them several times. Then they said they never got them. That was a month ago and I still have no refund.

I also have their email [email protected] if that helps. I just want my money back at this point.
