Ordered a dress and now they won't respond about a return
It's been 25 days now and I've gotten zero responses from them. I paid $105 for this. I've tried reaching out but nobody answers. Their email is [email protected] and the phone number is (204) 599-0683 but I can't get anywhere with them.
Website selling AI generated clothing and refusing refunds
It took several days and multiple emails just to get a response from them. The product is still in the original package, I never even opened it. They said no refund, only a 10% coupon for my next purchase. Their return policy is a joke and the advertising is false.
I paid $115.23 and the charge came through under a different name from Hong Kong. Total scam.
Clothes looked nothing like the website photos
What showed up at my door was totally different. These are Halloween quality dress up clothes. I'm not kidding. The fabric is cheap and the whole thing just looks off. It doesn't look anything like the product photos they have on the site.
I tried emailing them at [email protected] but I never got a reply. I'm just out the money and stuck with this costume looking stuff.
