Order took a month and they won't let me return it

I ordered from Boozelele.com and paid extra for faster shipping. They said it would ship in a few days but it didn't. When I tried to cancel the order they wouldn't let me. The item finally showed up a month later and now they won't let me return it. There's no phone number to call for customer service either. The site makes it look like they're here in the US but everything shipped from China.
