Paid for a game pre-order and never got anything

I paid $200 for a pre-order of a video game and some merchandise from bossteamgame.com. That was back on... well, I sent the money and that was it.

No digital code ever came. No merchandise either. I emailed [email protected] and got nothing back. Their address says Los Angeles, CA but who knows if that's even real.

Just wanted to put this out there. $200 gone and nobody responds.
