Remote job paid for leads but never paid me

I started this remote job selling life insurance. They made me pay for my own leads, which was 200 dollars. I was told I would get paid after a 30 day probation period. So I did the work, made the sales, and waited.

After the 30 days I had no money. I sold over 7k in commission and got nothing. The boss, Brad Smith, just completely ghosted me. No calls, no emails, nothing. I tried reaching out but no reply. I paid for those leads and did my part, and they just took the money and ran.
