Paid for a gold coin on Facebook and never got it

I bought a Gold Coin on Facebook and still haven't gotten my product. It's been over 30 days now. The guy gave me a tracking number but it's fake. I paid $25 and all I get is the runaround.

I tried emailing [email protected] but no real answer. The phone number he gave is (636) 295-1077. He just keeps saying it's on the way but the tracking never updates. Just want my money back or the coin.
