Ordered two bras on Facebook and never got them

I ordered two bras from them on their site on Facebook. I never got either one. I emailed them and they answered back one time saying they would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. That was it. I never heard anything back after that.

I paid 45 dollars for these and nothing showed up. No shipping info, no package, no reply to my other emails. Just that one message and then nothing. I don't even know the company name because it was just a Facebook ad.
