Ordered from a Facebook ad and got nothing, no tracking or replies

I saw a sponsored ad on Facebook for BreatheFree and ordered two of their devices. The money came out of my account, I have the bank statement. But I never got any email confirmation or a tracking number. Nothing. I tried to get some help but it just bounced back. No one replied to me at all. I have no information and no devices.
