Broken bottles and they only offered $17 back

I tried to cancel my order with Breathizen and they refused. They wouldn't give me my money back either. When I said I was going to take this further, they offered to give me 20% back. Then they went ahead and sent it anyway without my permission.

When the package came, the bottles inside were broken but the box wasn't damaged at all. I let them know about it right away. They replied saying they would give me $17.00 back. I lost $424.95 total.
