Desk fan instead of air conditioner and no refund

I ordered a “BreezeMax Room Air Conditioner” from their website BreezeMax.us and what showed up was a little desk top fan. Not even close to the same thing. I emailed them at [email protected] and asked for a refund. They said send it back and we will issue it. So I did. I sent it back at my own cost too.

It’s been 2 weeks now and I’ve been talking to their “rep” through email. I just want my 93 dollars back. They just ignore me now. No reply to anything. I’m pretty frustrated about the whole thing.
