Ordered beeswax bag from bakery closing down, never arrived

I saw a story on Instagram about Brenner Bakery in Rhinebeck, NY closing down. The owner was retiring after all those years making sourdough bread. Looked real so I googled them and found their website, it seemed totally legit.

So I ordered their beeswax coated bag to keep sourdough bread in. It never came. The shipping number they gave me didn't match any shipper, not UPS or USPS or FedEx. I emailed them asking about it and got back this generic email that didn't answer anything I asked.

After that I googled if Brenner Bakery is a scam and apparently it is. I can't believe I fell for this. Lost $34.95.
