Message saying my loan file was expiring today

I got a message saying it was a time sensitive alert from the financial department at bright credit lending. It said they previously sent my loan information by mail under a funding code and that it looked like I may not have received the notice since they hadn't heard from me about the file.

It said my loan file was scheduled to expire today at 5 PM Pacific time and that it reflected a prime unsecured personal loan that could be used to pay down credit cards, make personal purchases, or consolidate balances. Then it told me to call 321-499-1876 to review the funding details and complete the process before the deadline.

I never got any letter from them and I don't know who these people are. The number they left for me to call was different from the one on my caller ID too.
