Solar company blocked my number after taking thirty eight thousand
The panels don't even work. As soon as they were done, they blocked my phone number. I tried calling and it just goes straight to voicemail or something. I sent emails to [email protected] and got nothing back. Not a single reply.
Their website is www.brightsideenergy.io and they are supposedly located in Baton Rouge, LA. The phone number I have for them is (888) 743-0404. I'm just stuck here with these broken panels and no way to get ahold of anyone. It's a lot of money to just lose.
