Facebook ad for e-bike that never came

I saw this ad on Facebook from brissa boutiques for a clearance sale on an e-bike for $49.99. I fell for it hook line and sinker and bought it right away. The money was taken out of my account instantly.

That was a while ago and the order still hasn't been processed or anything. I never got any tracking or shipping info. Just nothing. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. The phone number on the site is 1(765) 544-3547 and the address is 1751 Colorado St.BLVD #121, Los Angeles, CA 90041. I just want my money back or the bike. This doesn't seem right at all.
