Foot massager took a month and won't plug in

I ordered a foot massager online from this place. It took a month to get here. When it finally showed up, it won't plug in at all. It has two round prongs on it so it doesn't fit anything in my house. I paid $69.99 for this. The email I have for them is [email protected]. I just want my money back at this point.
