Order came a day late and it is not what was shown

I placed an order on August 16th for an event on September 5th. The tracking only ever showed the item waiting to be picked up by the courier. I sent an email but never got a reply back.

The item showed up 1 day after the event. And it is NOT what's shown on their website. Completely different color and material. I paid $60 for this.
