Facebook ad shirts came sized wrong and no one answers
They don't answer the phone at all. You just get some AI response through their website. I've seen a ton of other complaints on Facebook about the same stuff – people getting junk that was supposed to be high quality or their order never showing up and no one ever getting back to them. The address they have looks like a tiny office above a Chinese restaurant in Vancouver, and I think they even gave the wrong postal code. They used to have complaints posted on their own site, but those are gone now.
I didn't even bother trying to send the shirts back. Shipping would cost too much and based on what everyone else has said, I probably wouldn't have gotten a refund anyway. Just a total waste of $100.
