Call saying there was a small claims filed against me

I got a call from this number (863) 315-8869 saying there was a small claims filed against me. I checked and there actually was one, set for mediation. It was for an online loan that was taken out without my knowledge, I believe by my deceased husband. I checked my credit files and there was nothing on there.

So I called the legal office listed on the complaint and they would not budge. No mediation agreement. So when I got this call I was dumb enough to say ok. And they said 1000 would take care of it no problem.

The email on this was [email protected] and they listed Tampa, FL.
