Letters every week about Medicaid and they took 17k

Somehow they took $17,000 from me without me letting them or giving permission in any way. I never agreed to anything. They are still doing it. I get letters every week telling me about it and the IRS also has it on file.

Please just check and you will see for yourself. They keep using my information and they took it. I don't know how they got it but it keeps on happening and I can't get it to stop.
