Home security order never shipped and no replies to emails

I ordered a home security system from Buddy Safety back when they were doing their Kickstarter thing. Cameras, sensors, the whole setup. It was supposed to be a startup company so I figured I'd give them a shot.

They told me my stuff would ship on 6/29/2026. That date came and went and I still don't have anything. I've emailed them a few times asking for a shipping update and got no reply at all. Not even an automated response.

I paid about $309 for this. The website is still up and their address says Scottsdale, AZ but I'm starting to think this was just a scam. I just want my money back or my order.
