Website charged me twice for things I never ordered

I ordered a toy from Builders Hiwe and got a confirmation for the purchase. The next day I saw two separate charges on my account totaling $300 for something called Sportiva. I never ordered anything from Sportiva.

Then today another charge showed up for $14.99 for Sportiva again. Still no product from my original order either. I just want this fixed.
