Toy purchase turned into fraud alert from my bank

I tried to buy a toy for my grandson from Builders Howe. It came up on Google when I searched for the toy, and I thought I was getting a good deal. Then my bank's fraud department called me because charges over $300 were being attempted. My bank reversed the charges but now I have to wait six days for a replacement card. I'm glad my bank caught it, but a simple purchase should not turn into a financial security problem. I cannot recommend this website based on my experience. Please be cautious and check if online retailers are legit before entering your payment info.

Website for baby playard order never sent anything

I ordered a Pamo Babe 4-in-1 Baby Playard with Bassinet & Changing Table from builders howe and I paid $46. I got a tracking number but the package never came.

The phone number they gave me is fake, it doesn't work. I looked up the address and it just goes to some random person's house. So now I'm out $46 and no playard.

I tried emailing [email protected] too. Nothing. Just want to warn people about this site.
