Playpen never shipped and then two big charges showed up

I ordered a foldable wood baby playpen from buildershowe.com for $29.99. The site had it listed with a music panel and abacus and lockable joints. I paid the $29.99 and waited for shipping. Nothing ever shipped. No tracking, no update, nothing.

Then the same day I see two charges hit my account, one for $279 and another for $249. I never approved those. I only agreed to the $29.99. I tried reaching out to [email protected] and got nowhere. The phone number on there is (917) 730-8405. I just want the $29.99 back and those other charges reversed.

Ordered a toddler toy and then my bank flagged a $300 charge

I ordered a toddler walk behind wooden Montessori toy from them. It was advertised at 22.99 with free shipping. I got an email saying they received my order and that was it.

Then my bank fraud alert messaged me asking if I tried to make a $300 purchase from Wiggle Paws Pet Store. I said no so they didn't let it go through and I had to stop my card. I filed a dispute for the 22.99 and got that back.

I was lucky.

Website charged my card under a different company name

I tried to buy an item for my pet on buildershowe.com. It looked beautiful and the price was cheap so I went ahead and bought it. The charge came through on my account under Elegant Canvas instead of Builders Howe. That made me suspicious so I looked it up and saw the company was a fraud. I lost $8.99.

Ordered headlight bulbs online and never got them

I was looking for a cheaper replacement headlight bulb for my 2007 Cadillac DTS. Those D1S H11 halogen bulbs are really expensive so I googled around for a better price and found buildershowe.com. I placed an order and paid $12.99.

I got an email confirming my purchase but that was it. No tracking info ever came and I never received the bulbs. I tried reaching out to [email protected] and got nothing back.

Now I'm just out the money with no product and no response from anyone.

Ordered a baby nest from buildershowe.com and nothing ever came

I ordered a baby nest from buildershowe.com and paid $16.99. It never shipped and it never showed up.

I tried reaching out to them about it. Their email is [email protected] and the phone number is 917-730-8405. The address listed is 143 Blue Bell Hill Rd, Nottingham. I never got the item and I never got a real answer back.

Just want to warn anyone else before they order from this site.

Website selling toy keys tried to charge me four times

I was looking for play keys for my toddler and found this cute key toy with trains that unlock with the keys. I tried to buy it and my bank sent a pop up on my phone to approve the purchase. But it wasn't just one purchase, it was all these purchases I didn't make. This company tried to charge me four times. I lost $56. Website took my money and then fake charges hit my card

I tried to buy something off their website, Www.BuildersHowe.com. When I clicked send on the order, something just didn't look right about it. So I tried calling their customer service number and it turned out to be a fake number. That was a red flag for sure.

Then I called Visa to report it and asked them to flag my account for any suspicious charges. And wouldn't you know it, right after that, five charges showed up on my card. I lost about $1000 total from this whole thing. Still haven't gotten anything I ordered and no way to reach anyone about it.

Cat tree order turned into weird double charge

I just got scammed by them today. I tried to get a cat tree for $12. Then never got email confirmation, so I tried to request another email and never got another one. Hours later this company tried to charge my apple pay card by the name "play kiddieo" twice, once for $249 and one for $279.

When I looked on their website, their address is a United Kingdom address but their phone number is a New York, US number that does not work. I don't know what else to do about it.

Tried to take $300 after I ordered a toy from them

I bought a kids toy from buildershowe.com and after a couple days I emailed them because I hadn't gotten any tracking info. The email wouldn't send and the phone number they had listed wasn't on either. So I started a dispute with my bank.

Then two days later they tried to take $300 from my bank account. I only spent $30 on that toy. Good thing the dispute was already going or I don't know what would have happened.

Do not buy anything off this website. They are a scam and fraud.
