E-bike speed and battery not as advertised
I adjusted and programmed the speed like they said but it still only goes 36 mph. And the battery seems like it's refurbished or something. Not good enough for what I paid. I spent $1200 on this.
I want to return this used Y3 and get my money back but they are not acknowledging me. Customer service is nonexistent. I called (888) 400-0374 and emailed [email protected] but no real help. I thought this would be the one but I was wrong. Terrible service.
