Letter about missing Kentucky tax report but it's a private service

My business got a few letters from these folks at 8170 Washington Village Drive in Dayton, OH. The way it was worded and the branding on it, you'd think we messed up and didn't file our annual tax report on time with the state. It really looked like it was coming from the Kentucky business filing office itself.

But then I read the fine print. Turns out they're just "a private filing service" and they want $185 to $210 to file the report for us. It's just a phishing thing to get you to panic and pay them for something you can do yourself. The website on it is Busfile.org/KY-2026. Didn't lose any money, but it's misleading.
