Letter about my LLC annual report after I dissolved it

I got a letter in the mail saying it was time to file my annual report for my LLC. But I dissolved this LLC months ago, so that didn't make sense to me. I tried to google the company so I could call them and let them know, and that's when I found out this is a phishing scam. A lot of other people have had the same thing happen to them. The letter had an address in Medford, OR on it and the website is Busfile.org/OR2026. I just wanted to put this out there so others are aware.
