Paid $225 for a cheap personal air conditioner that doesn't work
I paid 225 bucks for it and honestly it's worth maybe a fifth of that. It's just not what they showed or described at all. I tried reaching out to them at [email protected] and also tried the number on their site, (877) 375-4479, but I'm not getting anywhere. The website for the return is https://vitalcoolingbreeze-d.buyevergreen.co/pages/returns.php but I don't even know if that's real. Just feels like a total waste of money.
No company name on warranty letter for car I don't own
I finally got those removed and tried to cancel the whole thing. Sure enough, it shipped the next day from China, not the NJ warehouse they claim to have. No response to my emails, no support, not even an invoice. The product came through Miami and I tested it, but it didn't fit our water hose even with the three connectors they sent. I sent it back and I'm working with my bank now. I found the same exact product at another store for under $20. Total waste of $78.44.
