Bought Gumitides off YouTube and never got it

I ordered a package of Gumitides for weight loss that I saw on YouTube. It had Dr. Sanjay Gupta and Kathy Bates in it and the company name was BUYGOOD. I ordered 6 bottles for $294.00 total, that was with tax and mailing and processing.

The money came out of my bank account and they said it shipped. I never got it. When I called for a refund they told me I couldn't get one because it was sent on 9/16/2026.

Is there anything I can do about this!!!!
