Email about slim patch promised celebrity weight loss

I got an email from these people about a slim patch. They kept saying I could lose a certain amount of weight in a certain amount of time and that all the celebrities are doing it. They said I wouldn't need the shot.

It sounded convincing so I bought into it. Now I'm out $148 and I can't get anywhere with them. The email came from [email protected] and the address they have listed is 841 Fairmount ave, Betsytown, NJ 07201.

I just want my money back.
