Ordered iPhone cables from Buytto.com but never got them

I ordered two iPhone charging cables from Buytto.com on May 6th, 2026. It was on their website and looked fine.

By the end of May and into June I still didn't get anything. I emailed them at [email protected] twice. They replied saying I already got the product. I definitely did not get it. I lost $35.97 on this.

Ordered foil covers and got charged for something else

I ordered 1 10 pack of aluminum foil insulation covers from buytto.com for $17.99. That’s what I needed, just the one pack. But when I checked my bank, they added a 1 pack of 100 aluminum foil covers and charged me $49.99 instead. So now I’m out $53.03 total for something I didn’t order. The address they have is NY, USA. I don’t know what else to do, just please help me get my money back.

Paid YouTube ad for phone mount that never arrived

I saw this ad on YouTube for a magsafe vacuum mount for phones. It looked good and they had a special deal, buy 2 for a limited time at $29.99 plus shipping. So I ordered it.

The total came out of my bank account for $35.97. They sent me a tracking number but it doesn't work. The tracker just loops and keeps saying Not Found. It's supposed to be tracked through something called 17TRACK on their website buytto.com but it's no help.

I emailed [email protected] but no reply. I never got the product. Just wasted my money.
