They kept sending my order to the wrong address

I ordered a product from this company and they sent it to the wrong address twice. They had my correct address the whole time and I have emails to back up all the correspondence. I asked for a refund and for three months they keep making excuses about why they can't give me my money back.

They keep saying they have to wait for the returned product to get back to their warehouse. But they sent it to the wrong address twice, so that's on them. This has been going on all summer. It should not take three months for something they mailed to the wrong place to come back to them.

This was their mistake for not addressing the item properly. I just want my $100 refunded.
