Clothing order from Walnut Grove came from China and no refund
The outfit was cut weird, half of the top was missing, and the material was ragged. Totally unwearable. They told me I had to pay a high return/restocking fee, and then send it back to an address in CHINA at my own expense. Even though they say they have a warehouse in MN. I paid $71 and got nothing usable. Their phone number is 980-317-2471 and they have a website bywalnutgrove.com, email [email protected].
Clothing store return policy is a total joke
When I asked for a refund they told me I have to mail the items back to China and pay a 15% restocking fee. Ridiculous. The return address they gave my post office says it isn't even real. I have tried to get a US return address from them but they refuse to give me one. Their headquarters is in Wyoming but their store says Minnesota. This should be illegal. I lost $150 on this.
Dress came in wrong size and they disconnected the phone
I tried calling the number on their site to make a return but it just says disconnected. I sent an email too but nobody ever wrote me back. I paid 39.95 for this and I'm just stuck with a dress that doesn't fit at all. They're somewhere in MN but that doesn't help me get my money back.
