Tree lamp never showed up and seller stopped replying

I ordered a Tree Lamp from Penerest/Calasamy and it never arrived. I paid $40 for it. I asked for the carrier info so I could track it down and got no reply at all.

Then someone named Freya Bell told me my package was delivered at 4:30am. I texted her back and told her my camera shows nobody delivering anything at 4:30 in the morning. Never heard from her again after that.

Their website is casalamy.com and the email is [email protected]. I just want my money back or the lamp I paid for.
