Shoes from Belro led to mystery membership charges
Then I started seeing charges on my checking account for weird miscellaneous amounts. Just small stuff but it added up. When I called the number listed for the charges they said it was for a membership fee. The fees were like 3 or 4 times what I paid for the shoes. I never signed up for any membership or agreed to anything extra.
When I told them I didn't want this they said the charges would be reversed. But they keep coming through under different company names. The latest phone number I got for them is 1-850-724-9257. Also the address they gave is in St. George, UT. I haven't gotten my money back yet.
